To connect your WhatsApp Business API:

  1. Navigate to WhatsApp Accounts in your dashboard
  2. Click "Connect Account" button
  3. You'll need a Meta Business account and WhatsApp Business API access
  4. Follow the Meta Business verification process
  5. Enter your WhatsApp Business phone number and verify
  6. Complete the setup wizard and configure your business profile
  7. Your WhatsApp Business API will be ready to use

Note: This requires WhatsApp Business API (not the regular WhatsApp Business app). Contact us if you need help with Meta Business verification.

To connect your Telegram account:

  1. Go to Telegram Accounts in your dashboard
  2. Click "Connect Account"
  3. Enter your phone number (with country code, e.g., +1234567890)
  4. You'll receive a verification code in your Telegram app
  5. Enter the verification code
  6. If you have 2FA enabled, enter your password
  7. Your account is now connected!

Note: The system uses Telegram's official TDLib for secure authentication.

To connect your Email account:

  1. Navigate to Email Accounts section
  2. Click "Add Email Account"
  3. Enter an account name and your email address
  4. Select your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or Custom)
  5. Enter your password or app password
  6. For custom providers, configure IMAP/SMTP settings manually
  7. Optionally assign an AI agent to handle emails automatically

Important: For Gmail, Yahoo, and other major providers, you'll need to generate an App Password instead of using your regular password for security reasons.

To connect your Instagram account, you need an Instagram Business or Creator account connected to a Facebook Page. Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Instagram Accounts page in your dashboard
  2. Click "Connect Account" button
  3. Log in with your Facebook account that's connected to your Instagram Business account
  4. Select the Facebook Page associated with your Instagram account
  5. Grant necessary permissions for messaging
  6. Select an AI agent to handle Instagram messages

Note: Only Instagram Business and Creator accounts are supported. Personal accounts cannot be connected.

Adding a chat widget to your website is simple:

  1. Go to Chat Widgets in your dashboard
  2. Click "Create Widget" button
  3. Enter a name and select an AI agent to handle conversations
  4. Customize the widget appearance (colors, position, welcome message)
  5. Copy the generated installation code
  6. Paste the code before the closing </body> tag on your website

Note: The widget is responsive and works on all devices. You can customize its appearance to match your website's branding.

Yes! You can fully customize the widget to match your brand:

  • Colors: Primary color, text colors, and background colors
  • Position: Choose between bottom-right or bottom-left corner
  • Welcome Message: Customize the greeting message visitors see
  • Widget Title: Set a custom title for the chat window
  • Placeholder Text: Customize the input field placeholder

Tip: All changes are reflected in real-time, so you can preview the widget before deploying it.

Creating an Agent:

  1. Go to Agents in your dashboard
  2. Click "New Agent" and enter a name
  3. Click the agent to configure it

Configuration Options:

  • Languages: Set primary language (English, Turkish, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese) and add additional languages
  • First Messages: Customize greeting messages for each language
  • System Prompt: Define how your AI should behave and respond (personality, tone, instructions)
  • Tools: Assign tools to enable specific actions (webhooks, data collection)
  • Knowledge Base: Attach knowledge bases so the agent can reference your business information

Example: Create a support agent with friendly tone, attach your FAQ knowledge base, and enable data collection tools.

Knowledge Base is where you store information that your AI agents can reference when responding to customers.

Three Types of Knowledge Sources:

  • File Upload: Upload documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, MD) containing product info, FAQs, policies, etc.
  • URL Scraping: Provide a website URL and we'll extract and index the content
  • Direct Text: Paste text content directly (policies, instructions, product details)

How to Create Knowledge Base:

  1. Go to Knowledge Base section
  2. Click "Add Knowledge"
  3. Enter a name and description
  4. Choose content type (File, URL, or Text)
  5. Upload/enter your content
  6. The system will process and index it
  7. Attach it to your agents in the agent configuration

Use Cases: Product catalogs, company policies, technical documentation, FAQs, pricing information, shipping details.

Tools extend your AI agent's capabilities by allowing them to perform actions and interact with external systems.

Two Types of Tools:

  • Webhook (External API): Connect to external APIs to fetch data, create tickets, send notifications, etc.
  • Data Collector: Collect and store information from conversations (customer details, preferences, feedback) in your database

Creating a Tool:

  1. Navigate to Tools section
  2. Click "New Tool"
  3. Enter name and description
  4. Select tool type (Webhook or Data Collector)
  5. For Webhooks: Configure HTTP method, URL, and headers
  6. Define parameters that the AI should extract from conversations
  7. Attach the tool to your agents

Example Use Cases:

  • Check order status from your e-commerce API
  • Create support tickets in your helpdesk system
  • Collect customer email and phone for lead generation
  • Send booking confirmations via webhook
  • Store customer feedback and ratings

Credits are used to process messages through our AI system. Each message sent or received consumes credits based on length and complexity. You can purchase credits in packages starting at $10. Credits don't expire.

The system uses GPT-4 and other advanced AI models, and credit consumption varies based on the model, message length, and features used (knowledge base search, tool usage, etc.).

Yes! You can create unlimited AI agents, each with their own personality, knowledge base, and tools. This allows you to:

  • Have different agents for different platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Email)
  • Create specialized agents (Sales, Support, Bookings, FAQ)
  • Serve different markets with language-specific agents
  • Test different conversation approaches

For example: Create a "Support Agent" with your help docs, a "Sales Agent" with product catalog, and a "Booking Agent" with calendar integration tools.
